About the role
As a UX Designer, your role will involve understanding product specifications and user psychology to advocate for UX throughout the organization. You will play a key role in facilitating the client's product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products. Your creative problem-solving skills will be crucial in addressing UX issues such as usability and findability. Key Responsibilities: - Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to create intuitive user experiences. - Design user-centered solutions considering market analysis, customer feedback, and technical constraints. - Create UI architecture, interface, and interaction flows for on-device software applications across various screen sizes and models. - Collaborate with business teams to develop user scenarios, storyboards, and high-level requirements. - Communicate design ideas and prototypes effectively to developers. - Stay updated on competitor products and industry trends to ensure innovative design solutions. Key Requirements: - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Invision, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, user research, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, and accessibility concerns. - Ability to iterate designs efficiently and intelligently. - Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript skills are a bonus. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrated creative thinking and logical problem-solving abilities. Your passion for resolving user pain points through user-centric design, combined with your expertise in UX principles and design tools, will be instrumental in creating engaging and effective digital products.
