About the role
Assist in API, FTP, and data integration activities. Monitor daily sales data synchronization and troubleshoot integration issues. Support script execution and basic data validation. Coordinate with clients and internal teams for issue resolution. Provide basic desktop and network support when required. Maintain documentation and follow up on technical issues. Basic knowledge of APIs, FTP/SFTP, and networking. Familiarity with Windows OS and MS Excel. Basic SQL knowledge is preferred. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and work in a client-facing environment. Qualification: B.E./B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc (IT/CS), MCA, or any graduate with technical knowledge.
