- 0–1 yr technical / onsite support experience - Software installation via remote connection tools - POS understanding - MIS reporting (Excel, Word) - IIS, FTP, SFTP, Firewall, Cloud Server knowledge - Good verbal & written communication skills Required Candidate profile - Install software & support brand integrations at client sites - Conduct periodic audits & assist root cause analysis - Handle first-level escalations & maintain knowledge base
