Using computer-aided design (CAD) software and engineering simulation tools to create detailed blueprints and structural designs. Calculating load and grade requirements, water flow rates, and material stress factors to ensure structural integrity. Project & Site Management: Directing and monitoring construction activities at the project site to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Managing project budgets, scheduling timelines, and resources (materials, equipment, and labor). Liaising with architects, subcontractors, consultants, and clients. Regulatory & Environmental Compliance: Ensuring all designs and construction practices comply with local building codes, legal regulations, and safety requirements.
