Lead TrackWise Consultant / TrackWise Development Lead

Job Description About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced TrackWise Consultant to lead our IT development, maintenance, and upgrade initiatives for the TrackWise tool. In this role, you will manage a development team, oversee core technical operations (including coding, patching, and release management), and ensure seamless integration with database and external systems. Key Responsibilities TrackWise Development & Administration: Hands-on experience in IT development within the TrackWise tool, including coding, debugging, installation, upgrades, configuration, and patching. Release Management: End-to-end ownership of TrackWise deployment and release management activities. Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and manage a technical development team focused on TrackWise solutions. Database Collaboration: Partner closely with the DB team to troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues. Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize SQL and data analysis skills for reporting, system auditing, and troubleshooting. Integrations: Design, implement, and maintain TrackWise integrations using APIs and middleware solutions. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: 7 to 11 years of core experience in TrackWise IT development and configuration. Technical Skills: TrackWise Configuration, Migrations, SQL, API Integration, Middleware, and Database Troubleshooting. Leadership: Prior experience managing or leading a technical development team. Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days max (Mandatory requirement).
