Technology Support Specialist Oracle SCM Cloud Consultant Location: Open to Relocate Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Experience: 3+ Years Company: Infosys BPM Limited Job Description We are looking for an experienced Oracle SCM Cloud Consultant with 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of Oracle SCM modules and supply chain business processes. Key Responsibilities Implement, configure, and support Oracle SCM Cloud solutions. Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud functionalities. Perform system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end business solutions. Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions. Drive process improvements and system enhancements. Required Skills 3+ years of experience in Oracle SCM Cloud. Hands-on experience in one or more Oracle SCM Cloud modules: Procurement Inventory Management Order Management Manufacturing Planning Logistics Cost Management Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management business processes. Experience in Oracle Cloud implementation and support projects. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Experience in end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation projects. Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
