Hiring: Technology Support Specialist UFT Automation Location: [chennai] Experience: [2-4Years] Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for a skilled Technology Support Specialist with strong experience in OpenText UFT (UFT One) to join our team. If you have expertise in automation testing, framework development, and delivering high-quality software solutions, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using OpenText UFT / UFT One . Design and maintain robust automation frameworks using VBScript . Automate testing for Web, Desktop, SAP, Mainframe, and API applications. Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing . Work with ALM / Quality Center for test management and defect tracking. Develop data-driven and keyword-driven automation frameworks. Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify, report, and resolve defects. Support automation execution as part of the software development lifecycle. Required Skills Hands-on experience with OpenText UFT / UFT One (HP QTP) . Strong knowledge of VBScript . Experience in automation framework development and maintenance. Expertise in functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing . Experience with Object Repository, Descriptive Programming, Recovery Scenarios, and Shared Object Repository . Hands-on experience with ALM / Quality Center . Knowledge of test lifecycle and defect management . Good to Have API Testing (Postman or UFT API Testing) SQL and database validation CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab Git version control Exposure to Selenium or Playwright Agile/Scrum methodology Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or PowerShell If you're passionate about automation testing and looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to connect with you.
