About the role
UAE National (with valid Family Book). Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering. 3–5 years of relevant experience within an architectural or design consultancy environment. Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design thinking and technical capability. Proficiency in essential design tools such as: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, or equivalent
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) preferred. Strong understanding of design principles, building systems, and construction processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage but not required. Proven ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams. Strong timemanagement skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and project delivery frameworks in the Middle East is beneficial.
