WSP | Darwin WSP’s Building Services team in Darwin is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer at Associate to Associate Director level to support a strong pipeline of defence, commercial and infrastructure projects. This is a key leadership role within a close-knit team, offering the opportunity to shape project delivery locally while being supported by WSP’s national and global network. The role You will play a leading role in delivering projects and strengthening our presence in the Northern Territory. You’ll be responsible for: Leading electrical design across defence, commercial and infrastructure projects Managing project delivery, including programme, financials and client outcomes Building and maintaining strong client relationships Supporting business development and identifying new opportunities Mentoring and developing engineers within the team Collaborating with national teams to bring specialist capability into local projects

About you

Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent) Strong experience within building services consultancy Proven leadership experience across project delivery and client management Experience working on defence or secure projects is highly regarded Strong commercial awareness and ability to contribute to business growth Australian Citizenship (essential)
