BIM Coordinator

Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models for roads, highways, transportation, utilities, drainage, and infrastructure projects. Manage model integration and federated model coordination across Civil, Utilities, Structures, and Transport disciplines. Perform clash detection and model reviews using Navisworks and ensure timely resolution of design conflicts. Ensure BIM deliverables comply with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP), client requirements, and ISO 19650 standards. Monitor model quality, data consistency, naming conventions, and compliance with established BIM standards. Facilitate BIM coordination meetings with internal design teams and external stakeholders. Produce coordination reports, clash reports, model audits, and BIM progress updates. Support project teams in BIM implementation throughout the design and delivery phases. Maintain and manage models within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360 environments. Collaborate closely with design managers, discipline leads, and BIM Managers to achieve project objectives. Assist in developing and improving BIM workflows, templates, and best practices for infrastructure projects. Ensure all BIM deliverables are submitted in accordance with project schedules and client expectations.
