Civil Engineer-SWRO

Oversee execution of all civil and structural works for the SWRO desalination plant. Supervise construction activities including foundations, buildings, tanks, pipelines, intake and outfall structures. Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and project standards. Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams for integrated execution. Review and validate design drawings, method statements, and material submittals. Monitor site progress and ensure alignment with project schedules. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality control procedures. Implement QA/QC processes and address non-conformities. Ensure compliance with HSE policies and UAE regulatory requirements. Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives. Assist in resolving site-related technical issues and challenges. Support testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of civil infrastructure. Prepare progress reports and maintain site documentation.
