Serve as the electrical engineering authority for major and complex energy projects
Define and oversee electrical design strategies, standards, and best practices
Provide expert technical review, assurance, and approval of electrical designs
Lead high‑risk technical decision‑making and complex engineering problem‑solving
Advise clients and project teams on complex electrical engineering challenges
Contribute to work‑winning, bid strategies, and technical proposals
Mentor senior engineers and support capability development within the discipline
Ensure alignment with WSP technical excellence, safety, and quality frameworks
Health and Safety Role model standards for SHEQ performance and behavior consistent with the company’s health, safety, environmental, and quality vision and policies by influencing those around you
Contributing to the identification of SHEQ risks and driving processes to achieve Zero Harm
