About the Team
Our Sydney Building Services team is a well-established, high-performing group within WSP’s national Property and Buildings business. You’ll be joining a genuinely supportive and collaborative team made up of highly experienced, long-standing professionals alongside emerging talent. About the Role You’ll join a multidisciplinary Building Services team, contributing to the design, documentation and coordination of mechanical systems across a range of projects from concept through to construction. Key responsibilities include: Design of HVAC, ventilation and mechanical systems Preparing calculations, reports and technical documentation Coordinating with electrical, hydraulic and architectural teams Supporting project delivery through design reviews and site inspections Ensuring designs meet NCC and relevant Australian Standards
About You
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline 3–6 years’ experience within Building Services (consultancy preferred) Solid understanding of NCC and relevant Australian Standards Experience with Revit or similar design tools preferred Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
