DevOps Engineer

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on expertise to join our team . This role requires a self-driven professional who can architect, implement, and manage robust cloud infrastructure while ensuring security best practices and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS , ensuring high availability and optimal performance Develop and manage micro service applications using Docker , implementing best practices for container orchestration and deployment Architect secure, cost-effective cloud solutions aligned with business requirements and industry standards Implement and manage Keycloak for identity and access management, including SSO, authentication, and authorization workflows Establish and enforce security protocols across the infrastructure, including IAM policies, network security, and compliance requirements Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions to prevent downtime Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployment and infrastructure requirements Document infrastructure architecture, processes, and runbooks for knowledge sharing Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems Required Qualifications Technical Skills:- 3+ years of professional DevOps experience with proven track record of managing production environments in multiple clouds (AWS/GCP/Azure) AWS Expertise : Deep knowledge of core AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, CloudFormation, ECS/EKS, IAM, and CloudWatch Containerization : Strong experience with Docker, including image creation, optimization, and container orchestration Keycloak : Hands-on experience with Keycloak implementation, configuration, and integration Cloud Security : Comprehensive understanding of cloud security principles, encryption, network security, and compliance frameworks Infrastructure as Code : Proficiency with tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar CI/CD : Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar automation tools Scripting : Strong scripting abilities in Python, Bash, or similar languages Monitoring & Logging : Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field from a reputed institution Proven experience working independently on complex projects with minimal supervision Strong problem-solving skills with ability to debug and resolve technical issues efficiently Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset Self-motivated with ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines Team player with collaborative approach to problem-solving Preferred Qualifications A WS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Security Specialty) Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration at scale Knowledge of additional identity providers and authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC) Familiarity with Git Ops practices Experience with infrastructure, application sustenance engineering. Understanding of microservices architecture and serverless computing Previous experience in Agile/Scrum environments
