About the role
The IT Administrator will be responsible for managing and supporting the company's IT systems, ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability. This role requires a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and a thorough understanding of IT operations and best practices. Job Description (Primary Job roles are:): - System Administration: Manage and maintain servers, networks, and related infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. - Network Management: Monitor network performance, ensure network security, and resolve connectivity issues. - Security: Implement and enforce security policies, conduct regular security audits, and manage firewalls, antivirus, and other security tools. - User Support: Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues promptly. - Backup and Recovery: Oversee data backup processes and ensure data recovery solutions are in place and tested regularly. - Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. - Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors for hardware and software procurement, maintenance, and supports TECHNICAL KOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: - Educational Qualification & Experience:Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role. - Qualified Qualification: - Proficiency with Windows and Linux server environments. - Strong understanding of network protocols, LAN/WAN management, and IP routing. - Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V). - Knowledge of cloud services (Azure). - Office 365 Administration - Strong knowledge in CCTV devices - Familiarity with IT security best practices and tools. - Skills: - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Abi .
