Role Overview: As the Director of Product Management at Leah technology team, you will be a key leader responsible for shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of the product portfolio. Your role involves driving innovation, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology delivery, and guiding the development and launch of products and features that bring measurable value to customers and the business. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the legal and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) market, as well as customer use cases to make strategic product decisions. - Engage with business partners to determine customers' needs and desires and stay informed about market trends. - Analyze proposed products and features, and propose new product ideas to maintain a competitive edge. - Manage new product changes and enhancements by assessing requirements and formulating product/feature specifications. - Prioritize new features and product enhancements in each development sprint. - Define new products, establish success criteria and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and create product requirements and wireframes. - Collaborate with project management, development team members, and third-party partners to execute plans effectively. - Facilitate communication between Engineering and Business teams regarding ongoing projects and new requests. - Prepare marketing communications for products/features. - Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and deliver sales training, collateral, and other product assets. - Act as the voice of the product and customer within the engineering team. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 12 years of experience in product management. - Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional teamwork. - Proficiency in problem-solving, analysis, and strategic thinking. - Innovative mindset with expertise in lean product development strategies. - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for customer, industry, and partner engagements. - Experience in Legal tech, SaaS, and AI environments would be advantageous.
