Infrastructure Generalist

We are seeking an Infrastructure Generalist to build, evolve and maintain the core infrastructure that underpins and protects Xantium’s technology environment. This is a highly visible role working closely with Security, Engineering, and Operations teams.

This is an opportunity to operate in a greenfield, high-performance environment where decisions have immediate and long-term impact.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Building and maintaining infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, and cloud environments.

• Owning system configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting across endpoints, servers, and services.

• Defining and running experiments to improve performance, reliability, and system design.

• Translating learnings from experiments into durable, production-ready solutions.

• Driving architectural decisions that support growth and operational resilience.

Requirements

• • 4+ years of experience in infrastructure or systems engineering within complex environments.

• • Deep understanding of how computers, operating systems, and networks work.

• • Broad experience across cloud platforms, and infrastructure tooling.

• • Strong ability to reason from first principles and debug unfamiliar systems.

• • Proven ability to experiment thoughtfully and apply learnings to real systems.

• • Pragmatic, high-ownership mindset with clear and structured thinking.

• • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
