Soft Skills: Cross-functional leadership, patent/report writing capabilities & Strong Communication Package – 12.00 Lacs – 14.00 Lacs Age: 35 – 40 Location: Coimbatore – Thennampalayam - Arasur Over View A Polymer Manager with Latex Expertise oversees the research, development, and manufacturing of latex-based polymer materials (e.g., natural or synthetic latex, emulsions, and adhesives). They bridge the gap between chemical formulation, plant production, and commercial sales. Key Responsibilities: Formulation & R&D: Lead the development of new latex polymer formulations, core-shell emulsion polymerization, and compounding processes. Production Management: Oversee batch manufacturing, ensure optimal yield, and maintain rigorous quality control to meet industry standards. Process Optimization: Identify improvements in manufacturing efficiency to minimize expenditure and raw material waste. Compliance & Safety: Enforce environmental, health, and safety regulations (especially regarding chemical handling and 6S standards) Technical Sales & Support: Act as a technical liaison to assist customers with product integration and provide market intelligence to drive revenue. Responsibilities 1 Shift wise compound production plan execution. To check the compound production planning and available stock of raw materials required as per production planning. 2 Manpower planning to achieve the production targets. To check the available manpower and planning to achieve given production targets. 3 Operate and set up the machine to achieve the require target. Frequently check the running output of machine with required target. 4 Prepared and maintain the production log sheet, DPR and other department related documents, records. To fill up and maintain the department related all documents for internal audit, process control records. 5 To reduce the production scrap by skill improvements and training to team. Use of skill to reduce the scrap and providing the training to team for skill improvement. 6 To improve the production by skill improvements and training to team. Use of skill to achieve the shift wise production target and awareness training to team on production target achievement.
