Founding Product Engineer (AI Systems) Experience: 24 years Location: Bengaluru (Preferred) / Remote (India) About XeliportWe're building Xeliportan AI-native operating system that helps brands expand internationally. Today, global expansion means juggling freight forwarders, customs brokers, compliance consultants, warehouses, marketplaces and payment providers across multiple countries. We're building a single platform that brings all of that together. Our vision isn't another SaaS dashboard. It's an operating system where AI agents, workflow automation and backend infrastructure handle the operational complexity, allowing brands to focus on growth. The OpportunityAs one of our first engineering hires, you'll work directly with the founders to build the product from the ground up. You'll own problemsnot tickets. One week you might build an OCR pipeline for product documentation. The next, an AI workflow that coordinates compliance tasks across multiple countries. The week after, you could be designing backend infrastructure for our shipping engine. You'll have significant ownership over both the product and the engineering decisions that shape it. You should be comfortable working across backend systems, frontend applications and AI-powered workflows, and enjoy solving problems that don't have obvious answers.
