UI&UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing user-friendly and visually appealing web and mobile applications. With at least 1 year of experience, you will utilize your expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and design tools to create engaging user experiences that align with business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications. - Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to drive design decisions. - Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes for effective communication of design ideas. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation. - Maintain and enhance the design system for consistent branding across all platforms. - Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies. - Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously enhance the user experience. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Minimum 1 year of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. - Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. - Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and human-centered design. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (preferred, not mandatory). - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX projects.
