System Engineer

System Engineer Description: Analyze business requirements, participate in technical design, development, and test of various modules utilizing Java/J2EE frameworks Struts and Spring. Develop RESTful web services and use Postman for testing the APIs as a part of the unit testing to determine if they meet expectations for functionality, reliability, performance, and security. Monitor production logs to detect any issues during deployments. Use JAVA, J2EE, Struts, Spring, iBatis, Jenkins, JSP, CSS, JSON, XML, JUnit, Power Mockito, JavaScript, JDBC, Jazz SCM, WebSphere, Maven, JUnit, Jazz RTC. The primary worksite is Edison, NJ, but relocation is possible. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related with 6 months of experience as a Programmer/Analyst or Developer or Consultant.
