About the role
Preferred qualifications: Experience building chatbots or voice bots with Dialog flow. Experience with launching chatbot or voice bot applications. Effective leadership and influencing skills in the application of AI or Machine Learning. Excellent communication skill Responsibilities Gather requirements, and write design flow for IVR, Virtual Assistants, Chatbots, and omnichannel conversational interfaces Research and analyze intents and Their associated customer journeys. Create & analyze intents, utterances, slots, and slot values Create bot design documents, conversation flow diagrams, error handling mechanisms. Design and Test the conversational flow. Write effective and natural dialogues using correct grammar. Analyze user interaction with live bot/assistants and make recommendations for improving user experience Work closely with stake holders to identify issues or bottlenecks within operations processes and come up with innovative solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Qualifications Minimum qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Linguistics or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in technology as a Computational Linguist, Engineer or QA Specialist. Experience building chatbots or voice bots. Experience working with technical customers and management.
