Senior Visual Designer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for creating innovative visual design, layouts, iconography, and interactive solutions to ensure consistency with the corporate brand and identity. Additionally, you will provide detailed design and layout specifications for responsive UI design, understand and design complex functional specifications, and manage production design and assets for each assigned project. Collaboration with software developers, interaction designers, usability specialists, and product managers will be a key aspect of your role. Your focus will be on delivering all design solutions on time with high attention to detail, presenting solutions to key internal stakeholders, and establishing design guidelines, best practices, and standards. Key Responsibilities: - Create innovative visual design, layouts, iconography, and interactive solutions - Provide detailed design and layout specifications for responsive UI design - Understand and design complex functional specifications - Manage production design and asset management for assigned projects - Collaborate with software developers, interaction designers, usability specialists, and product managers - Deliver design solutions on time with a high focus on detail - Present solutions and incorporate feedback from key internal stakeholders - Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3+ years of working experience in UX-related visual/graphic design - Design portfolio required (provide PDF or URL of sample design work) - High level of proficiency with leading UX Design industry software packages, including the core Adobe Creative Suite products - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Strong commitment to high-quality personal work ethic while adhering to departmental and corporate standards - Strong interpersonal and organization skills to meet project deadlines - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, adjusting priorities quickly in response to changing goals - Strong sense of branding, usability, and adaptability with visual design styles - Stay updated with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies Role Overview: You will be responsible for creating innovative visual design, layouts, iconography, and interactive solutions to ensure consistency with the corporate brand and identity.
