Senior Business Analyst | Legal Services | Agile | Process Transformation Location: Bangalore, India (On-site) Contract Opportunity Drive Business Transformation Through Process Excellence and Agile Delivery We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the transformation of enterprise legal services through the implementation of a modern Legal Service Portal. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and vendors to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions while driving process improvement across a complex enterprise environment. What You'll Do Business Analysis Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.Translate business needs into detailed solution specifications.Develop user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.Maintain full traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.Process Improvement Analyze business processes, workflows, and data flows.Identify process gaps, business risks, and improvement opportunities.Support business process standardization and operational excellence.Develop business cases and impact assessments.Agile Delivery Work closely with Product Owners and Agile delivery teams.Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and daily stand-ups.Support Agile best practices across cross-functional teams.Stakeholder Management Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions.Coordinate with business leaders, software vendors, architects, developers, and QA teams.Support solution walkthroughs and business decision-making.Testing & Implementation Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Validate delivered solutions against business requirements.Support implementation, change management, and business adoption activities. What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements. Experience creating user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Experience working in Agile environments. Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills. Experience supporting UAT planning and execution. Experience performing business process analysis and process improvement. Excellent documentation, communication, and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Legal Services or Legal Operations transformation initiatives. Experience implementing enterprise service portals or workflow platforms. Experience working with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and software vendors. Experience in large enterprise digital transformation programmes. Knowledge of business process modelling tools.
