The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, React, Azure Cloud , and modern API development, along with practical exposure to AI-powered development tools and solutions . Experience in the Healthcare or Insurance domain will be a significant advantage. The role requires a collaborative mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and React . Develop secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and system integrations using JSON . Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js . Design and optimize relational database solutions with Microsoft SQL Server . Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure . Work with Azure Functions, Azure API Management, Azure DevOps, Azure Triggers, and Cosmos DB . Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions. Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and software quality guidelines. Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture and vector databases is desirable. Required Experience 5–7 years of experience in Microsoft technologies. Minimum 5 years of experience developing RESTful APIs and JSON-based integrations. Minimum 4 years of React.js development experience. Hands-on experience with .NET Core, ASP.NET, Entity Framework, and C#. Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server. Experience deploying applications on Microsoft Azure. Exposure to enterprise application architecture and distributed systems. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Healthcare or Insurance domain. Experience building enterprise-grade SaaS products. Knowledge of microservices architecture. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus. Microsoft Azure certifications are preferred. Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI. Experience in end-to-end AI/ML model development, deployment, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with project leads/managers to understand business requirements and propose predictive & agentic AI solutions. Manage the end-to-end AI lifecycle, including data contextualization, exploratory data analysis, model development, deployment, and UI integration. Ensure model quality through testing, validation, and performance evaluation. Develop automation scripts and scalable model deployment processes. Support clients post-deployment, including issue resolution, knowledge transfer, and change management. Monitor and optimize deployed AI solutions to ensure long-term reliability and performance.
