Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this role: Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and optimize secure, reusable, and scalable websites using WordPress. - Translate client requirements into functional specifications. - Collaborate with architects to define technical design approaches. - Build websites and applications using object-oriented PHP and WordPress. - Utilize CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Magento, and WooCommerce. - Expertise in page builders such as Elementor, Divi, and Beaver Builder. - Manage hosting, page speed optimization, and MainWP environments. - Write clean, efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. - Create, customize, and troubleshoot WordPress plugins and themes. - Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. - Work with MySQL for efficient database design and queries. - Integrate and manage APIs/RESTful APIs for data transfer. - Utilize Git for source code management. Qualifications: - 1-3+ years of web development experience. - Strong skills in object-oriented PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Proven expertise in WordPress development and plugins/themes customization. - Experience with Drupal, Joomla, and Magento would be a plus. - Strong debugging, refactoring, and problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of SEO best practices for websites. - Experience with network diagnostics and performance optimization tools. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and handle multiple projects. - Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. - Education: B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
