As a Product Manager at Empuls, you will be an integral part of the team focused on the Rewards & Recognition vertical. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments to define the product roadmap and introduce innovative, AI-integrated features. Your problem-solving skills, customer empathy, and ability to take action in a fast-paced SaaS environment will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in shaping the product roadmap in alignment with business goals and user needs. - Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, launch, and iteration. - Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure high-quality product releases. - Participate in defining product requirements, use cases, and user stories. - Work with AI/ML teams to deliver features such as smart nudges, recommendations, and predictive insights. - Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to identify opportunities. - Conduct competitive analysis to refine product positioning. - Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to support product launches and go-to-market efforts. - Monitor product KPIs and user metrics to measure impact and inform future improvements. - Support product documentation and knowledge-sharing across teams. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in product management in a SaaS or B2B technology environment. - Exposure to HR Tech, Rewards, Benefits, or Employee Engagement domains is a plus. - Experience working on or with AI-enabled products is preferred. - Understanding of the US market landscape is desirable. - Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical thinking skills. - Proven ability to work cross-functionally in high-growth, dynamic environments.
