About the role
You are a skilled CNC Service Engineer with 2-5 years of experience, specializing in handling installation, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CNC controllers at customer sites across India. Your strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with CNC controllers and Plc panels make you an ideal candidate for this role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Installation and commissioning of Siemens CNC controllers (VMC, HMC, lathe machines, and drilling, milling, boring, and turning centers) - Breakdown troubleshooting (Electrical & Electronics) - Preventive maintenance and AMC support - Diagnostics of Siemens CNC controls (SINUMERIK) and servo systems - Alignment, calibration, and machine accuracy checks - Coordination with the application team when required - Maintaining service reports and customer documentation - Providing basic technical training to machine operators To excel in this role, you must possess: - Strong knowledge of Siemens CNC controllers structure & functions - Strong knowledge of Siemens CNC controllers, servo drives, and retrofitting - Experience with Sinumerik controls and Simodrives - Knowledge of servo drives, spindle systems & control panels - Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings - Hands-on troubleshooting experience - Willingness to travel when required If you are interested in this position, please send your CV to hr@xpeedas.com.
