Full Stack Developer - Java/React.js

As a Full Stack Developer (Java + React JS) at this company based in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for the following key areas: - End-to-End Development: - Take complete ownership of the backend using Spring Boot and the mobile frontend with React JS. - Scalable Architecture: - Design and implement RESTful APIs capable of handling real-time data from thousands of connected IoT devices. - Database Management: - Optimize PostgreSQL schemas to ensure high-speed data retrieval and reliability. - Quality & Reliability: - Write clean, well-documented code with a "test-first" mindset, including Unit and Integration testing. - Problem Solving: - Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to address complex production issues and hardware-software synchronization bugs. In order to excel in this role, you must have the following technical skills: - Backend: - Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot. - Mobile: - High proficiency in React JS, with a willingness to quickly learn and upskill in React Native. - Database: - Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL. - Fundamentals: - Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and REST API design. - DevOps/Tools: - Experience with Git, Unit Testing frameworks like JUnit/Mockito, and debugging tools. It is mandatory for you to have prior experience working in Product-based companies or Startups. Additionally, any previous exposure to EV Charging, IoT, or Fintech (especially in high-transaction systems) would be considered a bonus.
