Technical Product Manager AI Solutions

Our platform combines AI-powered design assistance, documentation automation, proposal generation, cloud collaboration, and enterprise integrations to help system integrators, consultants, and enterprises deliver projects faster and more accurately. As we expand our AI capabilities, we are looking for a Technical Product Manager who can help scale our AI division by driving product execution, customer success, and cross-functional collaboration. Role Overview This role is the operational backbone of our AI division. You will work directly with customers, engineering teams, AI researchers, designers, and leadership to convert business problems into scalable AI-powered solutions. You will own product planning, documentation, client communication, feature prioritization, delivery planning, and execution while enabling our engineering teams to focus on building world-class technology. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys solving customer problems, working with AI technologies, and driving products from concept to delivery. Key Responsibilities Product Ownership Own AI product initiatives from discovery through delivery.Gather customer requirements and convert them into actionable product requirements.Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.Prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.Work closely with leadership on product strategy and roadmap. AI Solution Design Understand customer workflows and identify opportunities to apply AI.Define AI use cases and solution architecture with engineering teams.Plan integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, cloud platforms, and third-party tools.Drive proof-of-concepts (PoCs) from inception to successful completion.Ensure AI solutions align with customer goals and business outcomes. Client Engagement Lead discovery workshops with enterprise customers.Translate business requirements into technical deliverables.Present product capabilities, solution proposals, and implementation plans.Manage stakeholder expectations throughout project execution.Act as the primary bridge between customers and engineering. Delivery Management Own sprint planning alongside engineering leads.Coordinate cross-functional execution across AI, backend, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams.Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.Ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality.Facilitate daily stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives where needed. Required Skills 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Solution Consulting, or Delivery Management.Experience working with engineering teams in Agile environments.Strong understanding of APIs, REST services, integrations, and cloud applications.Ability to understand technical discussions and convert them into business deliverables.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience writing clear functional and technical documentation.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Comfortable working directly with enterprise customers.
