Job Title: D365 Technical Consultant Sales & Customer Modules Location: Hyderabad / Vizag - Hybrid 2-3 days WFO Employment Type: Contract UK Shift: 2-11 PM IST Job Details: We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant with hands-on expertise in Sales and Customer Service modules over the past 3 years. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, customizing, and implementing technical solutions to support business needs while ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Key Responsibilities - Design, configure, and customize D365 Sales and Customer Service modules. - Develop technical solutions including plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom integrations. - Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs. - Support data migration, system upgrades, and environment management. - Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance. - Document technical designs, solutions, and provide knowledge transfer. Requirements Required Skills & Experience - 3+ years of experience as a D365 Technical Consultant working primarily on Sales and Customer Service modules. - Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Azure services. - Experience with custom workflows, plugins, and API integrations. - Strong understanding of Dataverse/CDS and D365 customization framework. - Knowledge of SQL Server, FetchXML, and data migration tools. - Valuable communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. Preferred Qualifications - Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications in Sales/Customer Service or Power Platform. - Experience with DevOps (CI/CD) pipelines and deployment automation. - Knowledge of other D365 modules or ERP systems. .
