Python AI - Azure Developer

Python AI & Azure Developer (Generative AI / Agentic AI) Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid - 3 Days WFO) Shift Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST Experience: 6 to 8 Years Role Summary: We are looking for a Senior Python AI & Azure Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise Generative AI applications, Autonomous AI Agents, and RAG architectures. In this role, you will build production-grade REST APIs, integrate modern orchestration frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex), and leverage Azure OpenAI Services alongside modern AI-assisted coding tools like Claude Code . Key Responsibilities: Generative AI Development: Architect and build production-ready AI applications, multi-agent systems, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases. Python Backend Engineering: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices using FastAPI or Flask . Azure Cloud Deployment: Deploy, scale, and manage AI solutions utilizing Azure OpenAI Service , Azure Functions, App Services, and Azure Storage. AI Agent Orchestration: Implement complex workflows and autonomous agent logic using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI . AI-Assisted Development: Utilize modern AI coding platforms like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot to optimize development speed, debugging, and code quality. DevOps & Integration: Maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, containerize applications using Docker, and manage SQL/NoSQL database integrations. Mandatory Technical Skills: Python Expertise: 6-7 years of hands-on Python backend development (FastAPI or Flask). AI & LLM Frameworks (2+ Years): Proven experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or CrewAI . Azure Cloud: Strong hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Services , and serverless Azure architectures. GenAI Architectures: Practical implementation of RAG , Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Qdrant, Chroma, Azure Search), and Prompt Engineering. AI Coding Tools: Advanced proficiency with Claude Code or similar AI-driven development and debugging tools. Software Engineering: Strong foundation in Microservices, Docker, Git/GitHub, CI/CD, and SQL/NoSQL. Good to Have / Preferred: Exposure to Semantic Kernel or Azure AI Foundry / Azure ML . Experience in model evaluation, prompt optimization, and performance tuning for AI applications. Strong client-facing communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
