Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with 7 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java-based backend development, modern frontend technologies, microservices architecture, and cloud-native application development practices. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while adhering to industry best practices, coding standards, and design principles.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications.

Develop robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular.

Implement industry-standard design patterns and software engineering best practices.

Develop and optimize database interactions using Hibernate/JPA and RDBMS databases.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with adequate unit test coverage.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.

Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmaps.

Must-Have Technical Skills Backend Development Strong proficiency in Java 8 or higher versions

Extensive experience with Spring Boot

Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture

Hands-on experience with Hibernate/JPA

Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts

Strong understanding and practical implementation of Design Patterns

Frontend Development Hands-on experience with Angular

Experience building responsive and scalable web applications

Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript

Database Strong hands-on experience with at least one RDBMS database (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.)

Experience in database design, query optimization, and performance tuning

Testing Experience in writing unit and integration tests using JUnit

Understanding of test-driven development and automated testing practices

Good to Have Skills: AWS SQS / Kafka

AWS Basics

Docker & Kubernetes

Required Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Ability to work independently and within Agile teams

Strong understanding of software development best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
