IT Consultant

Job Title: IT Consultant Job Duties: Analyze client business processes and IT environments to identify system improvement and integration needs; gather and document functional requirements; configure and implement business applications, cloud systems, and integrations per client specifications; participate in deployments, upgrades, and environment transitions while maintaining performance and data integrity; perform and document testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing); prepare process flows and configuration/implementation documentation; coordinate with technical teams to track issues and support post-implementation. May need to work in other locations as required. Requirement: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in any field plus at least 2 years of experience.
