About the role
Role & responsibilities Lead end-to-end vehicle and EV development, including chassis, body, powertrain, battery systems, and full vehicle integration from concept to production. Drive engineering design, analysis, and validation through structural assessments, performance evaluation, prototype development, testing, and homologation activities. Develop and integrate EV technologies, including battery packs, thermal management systems, electric powertrains, charging solutions, and energy management strategies. Ensure compliance and quality standards by meeting CMVR, AIS, automotive safety, EMC/EMI, NVH, durability, and reliability requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to deliver innovative EV solutions, advanced technologies (ADAS, solid-state batteries), sustainability initiatives, and vehicle software integration.
