Data Product Manager

As a Data Analysis Professional at YASH Technologies, you will be part of a team of bright individuals working with cutting-edge technologies. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in data and analytics in industries such as manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain, with a focus on large-scale implementation projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Bringing a minimum of 10+ years of experience in the data and analytics field, along with at least 5 years in a technical project management or delivery management role in Data and Analytics scope. - Demonstrating strong data storytelling skills to create a compelling vision and the ability to engage with internal customers, engineers, and product teams. - Analyzing datasets using SQL/BI tools and translating insights into product requirements and prioritization. - Monitoring market trends and competitive landscape and adapting to changing requirements and priorities. - Having familiarity with data engineering, coding pipelines, and data platform development, as well as understanding data analysis techniques. Your roles and responsibilities will include: - Creating and owning the Data Product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AEI business. - Defining the value proposition of data products and articulating it across business stakeholders and management. - Leading and driving the acceleration and delivery of Data and Analytics transformation agenda, ensuring both quantitative and qualitative outcomes. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product development with business goals and continuously improving existing features while creating new Data Products. - Advocating for user needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining product data quality and agility. Your main deliverables will include: - Product Roadmap, Strategy, and Execution Framework. - Business Case Ideation, Discovery, and Development. - Backlog Prioritization and Sprint ceremonies execution. - User-Centric Products and Features. - Project Management and Governance.
