IT/OT Integration & IoT Project Specialist - Cement Industry

Role Overview: YASH Technologies is looking to hire IoT Professionals with expertise in industrial connectivity and IoT systems within the cement manufacturing domain. As an experienced IT OT Integration IoT Project Specialist, you will play a key role in enabling seamless sensor-to-cloud data flow, managing IT OT integration projects, and ensuring smooth communication between plant-level systems and corporate cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Design, deploy, and support end-to-end IT OT architecture for plant connectivity, ensuring reliable communication between IoT devices, edge gateways, and cloud platforms. - Define and maintain system integration principles for on-premise, hybrid, and cloud-based applications. - Manage industrial communication protocols such as MQTT, OPC-UA, Modbus, and REST APIs. - Collaborate with sensor and automation vendors for installation, configuration, and onboarding of IoT-enabled devices. - Coordinate with plant teams for device testing, data validation, and troubleshooting. - Work with backend development teams using Python, Node.js, and RESTful API frameworks for data ingestion and processing. - Integrate sensor data with cloud platforms for visualization, analytics, and anomaly detection. - Lead IoT enablement projects across global cement plants from requirement gathering to implementation and testing. - Diagnose and suggest technical improvements for network, firmware, or data synchronization issues. - Prepare dashboards, technical presentations, and status reports for management visibility and decision-making. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network distribution, and industrial communication protocols. - Proficiency in Python, Node.js, databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, InfluxDB), and API development. - Hands-on experience with IoT cloud services such as Azure IoT Hub, AWS IoT Core, or GCP IoT. - Knowledge of cement industry processes, rotating equipment, and sensor technologies. - Understanding of cybersecurity practices in industrial environments. - Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related fields. - Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in IoT, Industrial Automation, or IT OT Integration.
