SAP FICA

Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on SAP FI-CA consulting experience. Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, or AMS project. Strong understanding of utility industry business processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications SAP IS-U or SAP FI-CA certification. Experience in utility organizations serving electricity, gas, water, or energy customers. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Utilities environment. Familiarity with cloud-based SAP solutions. Knowledge of regulatory requirements within utility business operations. Project Experience Required Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following: SAP FI-CA Implementation Projects SAP IS-U Rollout Projects Application Maintenance Support (AMS) Production Support Engagements System Enhancement Projects Migration and Upgrade Projects Hypercare and Go-Live Support Activities Preferred exposure to complete project lifecycle phases: Requirement Gathering Design Configuration Testing Deployment Support and Stabilization Soft Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
