Sr. Consultant - Identity Management

Job Overview: Experience Required: 6+ Years Location: Indore, Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore We are looking for a Senior SailPoint Developer with strong handson experience in designing and developing IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow . This role is focused on development, customization, and integrations —not support operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize SailPoint components: workflows, rules, connectors, forms, and provisioning logic. Build API-based integrations using REST/SOAP, JDBC, and cloud/SaaS connectors. Implement identity lifecycle processes, access reviews, and governance workflows. Collaborate with engineering, cloud, and security teams to deliver secure IAM solutions. Provide technical leadership and ensure compliance with audit and governance requirements. Required Skills: 6+ years in IAM with strong focus on SailPoint development . Solid experience in Java, Beanshell/Groovy, XML, and API integrations. Strong understanding of IGA concepts, compliance workflows, and access governance. Experience integrating SailPoint with AD/Azure AD, databases, and SaaS apps.
