We are looking forward to hire Service Now ITSM Professionals in the following areas :
Experience Required: 7 to 9
Required Skills
Core Skills
Strong understanding of monitoring & observability concepts
Hands-on experience with at least 2 monitoring tools (SCOM, AppDynamics, Datadog, New Relic, Zabbix, AWS CloudWatch, etc.)
Experience with event management & alert handling
Strong integration skills using APIs, REST, and data pipelines
ServiceNow & ITOM
Experience with ServiceNow Event Management and (preferred) ITOM modules
Understanding of CMDB and CI relationships for impact analysis and enrichment
Data & AIOps
Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI/ML concepts (anomaly detection, clustering, prediction)
Exposure to OpenSearch / Elasticsearch for log analysis and event analytics
Infrastructure
Understanding of Linux and Windows server environments
Knowledge of networking fundamentals
Familiarity with application architectures and dependency flows
