We are looking forward to hireSharePoint Online Professionals in the following areas : Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer- SharePoint & SPFx Experience Required 4 to 6 years of IT experience with at least 4-6 years in SharePoint Online and SPFx development Role Overview We are looking for a Module Lead - SharePoint & SPFx to drive design, development, and delivery of modern SharePoint solutions. The candidate will lead a team of developers, work closely with stakeholders, and ensure best practices in SharePoint Online and SPFx (SharePoint Framework) development. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation of SharePoint Online and SPFx solutions Design scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members Develop custom web parts, extensions, and solutions using SPFx Build solutions using: React / TypeScript / JavaScript REST APIs / Microsoft Graph API Customize SharePoint Online sites (modern experiences) Implement reusable components and frameworks Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) Microsoft Teams Azure services Gather and analyze business requirements Ensure security, governance, and compliance standards Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization Maintain documentation for solutions and processes Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online (Modern Sites) Expertise in SPFx (SharePoint Framework) development TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 React (preferred) Experience with Microsoft Graph API & REST APIs Microsoft Ecosystem Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) Microsoft Teams integration Azure services (Functions, AD, Logic Apps) Tooling & DevOps Git / Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines Packaging and deployment of SPFx solutions Leadership & Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to lead teams and manage deliverables Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies Good to Have Certifications in Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Educational Qualification Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field At YASH, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.We leverage career-oriented skilling models and optimize our collective intelligence aided with technology for continuous learning, unlearning, and relearning at a rapid pace and scale.
