Team Lead - Data Analyst and Product Owner

As a Contractor TL - Data Analyst (Data Product Owner) with 7-9 years of experience, your role will involve a strong aspiration to grow as a Data Analyst and contribute to end-to-end product delivery. You will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture requirements and document them effectively. Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering requirements from finance, audit, accounting, and operations teams. Your strong expertise in accounting principles & domain and ERP system workflows will be essential. You should have the ability to translate complex accounting and data concepts into simple user stories. It will be your responsibility to ensure product compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Strong SQL capabilities for data analysis, profiling, quality checks, and requirement validation. - Experience in understanding data models and identifying key entity relationships that drive data insights. - Support data mapping, transformation logic, reconciliation, and data quality checks. - Knowledge in ETL/ELT concepts, with preference for experience in Snowflake. - Skilled in executing functional tests and validating alignment with project goals and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Good analytical and strong troubleshooting skills.
