Workforce Management Software Consultant

You will implement and configure Workforce Management Software solutions for clients. ResponsibilitiesLead client workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into WFS configurations.Configure the WFS suite (Time, Scheduling, Integrations) using JavaScript and HTML.Manage small to mid-sized projects from planning through delivery.Conduct unit and system testing, troubleshoot configuration issues, and support go-live activities.Guide junior consultants, providing training and sharing team knowledge.Required Skills5+ years of experience in functional and technical roles.In-depth understanding of Workforce Software modules and integrations.Proficiency with JavaScript and HTML for WFS customization.Experience managing project lifecycles, including planning and reporting.Knowledge of HCM processes, specifically Time & Attendance and Scheduling.Experience integrating WFS with ERP/HCM systems.Strong ability to communicate requirements and present solutions to clients.Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities for technical/functional issues.Ability to mentor and guide junior technical staff.
