About the role
Our SAP Service Line is currently looking for leading seasoned SAP FICO professionals with hands-on experience. The shortlisted candidate should have the ability to analyze technical needs and work with the customers to develop project scope of work documents and Project Plans. Experience : 7+ Years. Work Mode: Remote Shift timings: 8 PM-3 AM Notice period: Immediate-30 Days. JD: 7+ years SAP Finance / Controlling functional experience.Hands-on SAP ECC 6.0 and/or SAP S/4HANA experience.Experience supporting production incidents, enhancements, testing, and deployments.Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.Understanding of SAP Finance integration with other modules and external systems.Experience with data validation, conversion, reconciliation, and issue analysis.Strong problem-solving, stakeholder coordination, and issue resolution skills.Ability to recommend SAP Finance best practices to support business and technical decision-making.Ability to understand and balance the needs of stakeholders across multiple functional areas. Preferred Prior SAP implementation, upgrade, rollout, or S/4HANA transformation experience.Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or complex global organization.Experience with SAP data migration, testing cycles, cutover support, or hypercare.Familiarity with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar support/project tools.Exposure to IDocs, interfaces, batch jobs, workflow, or output management.
