About the role
- Application Development & Lifecycle Management Lead end-to-end application lifecycle including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance Oversee application and database architecture/design aligned with business needs Ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications
- Governance & Strategy Establish governance for automation and digital initiatives Evaluate and validate business cases and ROI for new applications Track and ensure benefit realization from implemented solutions
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management Manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners Coordinate for system integrations and third-party solutions Act as a bridge between business users and DT teams
- ERP & Application Optimization Support and enhance existing ERP systems Drive maximum utilization and continuous improvement of ERP and enterprise applications
- In-house Application Management Ensure internally developed applications are aligned with evolving business requirements Drive enhancements, bug fixes, and modernization initiatives
- Deployment & DevOps Oversee application deployment, release management, and CI/CD pipelines [ Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment] Ensure proper version control and change management practices
- Integration & Data Management Enable seamless integration across systems (ERP, QC, COA, RM, SFG, FGS, Commercial app, eBMR, etc.) Ensure data consistency, integrity, and availability
- Team Leadership & Delivery Lead and mentor development and support teams Ensure timely delivery of projects with quality and compliance Promote best practices in coding, documentation, and security Key Success Factors Alignment of IT applications with business objectives High system availability and performance Strong governance and measurable business outcomes Seamless integration across enterprise systems
