QA Intern

About The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Intern to support testing of our web, mobile, and AI-powered applications. You will work closely with the engineering team to ensure product quality through structured testing, bug reporting, and validation of application behaviour. This role offers hands-on experience in manual & automation testing, AI feature validation, and modern QA workflows. Key Responsibilities Create and execute test cases and test scenarios based on product requirements.Validate AI responses for relevance, consistency, edge cases, and safety.Document, track, and report bugs using bug tracking tools.Work closely with developers to reproduce issues and verify bug fixes.Participate in requirement discussions and sprint activities with the product teams.Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases and potential issues.Contribute to improving testing processes and maintaining test documentation. Required Skills Strong understanding of manual testing concepts and QA fundamentals.Familiarity with test case creation and bug reporting.Understanding of the software testing lifecycle (STLC).Basic awareness of AI-powered systems and response validation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good attention to detail.Good written and verbal communication skills. Good to Have Exposure to automation testing frameworks such as Playwright/Cypress.Basic knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.Basic understanding of API testing concepts.Familiarity with Git or version control systems.
