Title*: Software Test Engineer - Manual & Automation *Company*: [Yerbahub] *Location*: Delhi, India | Hybrid *Experience*: 1 to 2 Years *Job Type*: Full-Time *Job Description* We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Test Engineer to join our Quality Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in both Manual Testing and Automation Testing for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software in an Agile workplace. *Key Responsibilities* - *Manual Testing*: Design, review, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts. Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and UAT testing - *Automation Testing*: Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver with Java/Python and TestNG/JUnit - Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitHub Actions for automated test execution - Perform API testing using Postman and RestAssured. Validate backend data using SQL queries - Log, track, and verify defects in JIRA/Azure DevOps. Coordinate with development teams for resolution - Participate actively in Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Review, Retrospective - Ensure test coverage, quality metrics, and release readiness for every sprint - Mentor junior QA team members and drive adoption of QA best practices *Required Skills & Qualifications* - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field - 1+ years of experience in Software Testing with minimum 1 years in Automation - Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and various testing methodologies - Hands-on experience with: Selenium WebDriver, Java/Python, TestNG, Maven, POM Framework - Experience in API Testing: Postman, RestAssured, JSON, XML - Proficient with JIRA, Git, Jenkins, and Confluence - Basic SQL knowledge for data validation - Good communication and analytical skills *Good to Have* - .
