About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Core Banking Tester to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the testing lifecycle for Core Banking System, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions to our clients. Job Title: QA Analyst/ QA Manager / Test Manager/SME Flexcube/Finacle/Temenos T24/TCS Bancs Location: Chennai Exp: 3 years to 15 years Test Planning & Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing. Define and manage test settings, ensuring they are secure and representative of production systems. Collaborate with project stakeholders (business analysts, developers, project managers) to gather requirements and translate them into testable scenarios. Test Execution & Management: Lead and mentor a team of QA Analysts and Testers. Oversee the execution of test cases, track progress, and identify and report defects. Monitor and control test execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Analyze test results, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions. .
