Job title - Manager Cloud Devops Exp - 9 to 15 yrs Location - Hyderabad Mode of work - Work from office Role Summary The Manager Technology Platform & AI Accelerators is responsible for leading enterprise platform enablement initiatives, driving AI-powered developer productivity, and delivering technology transformation programs across global teams. The role partners with engineering, product, and leadership to accelerate platform adoption, modernize engineering practices, and improve developer experience through automation and scalable platform capabilities. Must have skills: Key Responsibilities & Required Experience Global Delivery Leadership (810 years): Lead globally distributed engineering teams delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions across multiple geographies and time zones.Platform Enablement & Developer Experience (57 years): Drive adoption of internal platforms, developer tooling, onboarding frameworks, and enterprise enablement initiatives.Technology Transformation Experience (5+ years): Lead enterprise-wide modernization, migration, and digital transformation initiatives that improve engineering productivity and operational efficiency.Program Execution & Delivery Management (5+ years): Manage complex programs involving multiple teams, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders while ensuring successful delivery.Stakeholder Management & Influence (5+ years): Collaborate with engineering, product, architecture, and executive leadership to align priorities and achieve business outcomes. Good to have skills: Terraform & Cloud Platform Experience (24 years): Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar cloud automation technologies.Backstage / Developer Portal Experience (24 years): Knowledge of Backstage or similar developer portals and internal platform ecosystems.AI-enabled Platform Acceleration (23 years): Leverage AI, automation, and intelligent workflows to improve developer onboarding, adoption, and productivity.DevOps & CI/CD Understanding (24 years): Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, automation, and software delivery workflows.Platform Adoption Metrics & Strategy (24 years): Define and monitor platform adoption metrics, developer engagement, and platform effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
