AI/ML Engineer (3-5 Years Experience)

Description About the Role: Our client is looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data processing, model building, and productionizing AI solutions, along with a solid understanding of modern ML frameworks and tools. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications Work with large datasets to perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and preprocessing Build and optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to deliver AI-driven solutions Deploy models into production using APIs, microservices, or cloud platforms Monitor model performance and implement retraining pipelines Conduct experimentation and A/B testing to improve model outcomes Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering roles Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory) Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow , PyTorch , or Scikit-learn Solid understanding of: Supervised & unsupervised learning Deep learning concepts Model evaluation techniques Experience with data manipulation tools like Pandas , NumPy Familiarity with SQL and working with structured/unstructured data Experience in deploying models using REST APIs , Docker , or cloud services Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms like AWS , Azure , or Google Cloud Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, etc.) Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI use cases Familiarity with big data tools like Spark or Hadoop Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for ML systems Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking Good communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment About YMinds.AI YMinds.AI is a premier talent solutions company specializing in sourcing and delivering elite developers with expertise in cutting-edge technologies.
